When we do more than we are paid to do eventually we will get paid more for what we do.
There is a "magic switch" inside all of us wich can transform the worst to the best-Or the best to the worst. It should be everyones ultimate goal to discover and master this mechanism.
We find no real satisfaction or happiness in life without obstacles to conquer and goals to achieve.
